Paying for premium, still shows free version?

    Just joined this forum to to ask the question, how do I restore my software to the paid version?? Had to reformat my computer and reload all the software.

What follows assumes you are referring to only the Malwarebytes 3.x product.

Hopefully, you had the opportunity to deactivate the product's license before the reformat operation took place.  Even if you did not, you will need to re-activate the product's license as you did when it was first installed.  Rational: The Malwarebytes' licensing server keeps track of the number of license activations where de-activations offset previous activations so as not to exceed a maximum activation limit.
