update,but it never stops

I recently installed the 3.1.1.1722 beta version, and it was working for about three days. I went to check it tonight, and when I open the program, it starts in the Scan page. When I click on Dashboard, it shows that it is applying an update, nut it never stops.

Let's start with a clean install of the new stable 3.1.2
