Issues with Malwarebytes 3

On my Windows 10 desktop, I am running Windows 2007.

I just upgraded Malware version 3.12.1733 - Component Package version 1.0.122 - Upgrade Package version 1.0.1921

 and my Xcel 2007 Crashes.

On  my laptop, I am runing Windows Office 365 2016 and is  constantly crashing. On the laptop the Malware version info are:

Malwarebytes version:3.0.6.1469 - Component Package version 1.0.1919 - Update package version 1.0.1919....Malwarebytes needs to get it act together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also want to know what I can do to fix this?
