MBAE support for Corporate customer silent

What's up with Corporate support for MBAE?  I have been working on an issue only to have support stop responding to my emails.  The last message I received from them was a week ago when I was asked to zip the test file I complained was not showing my MBAE product as working.  I replied with the zipped file attached about 4 or 5 times in the last week and get NADA!
