Remote hosts cannot see management console

Recommended Posts

We have Malwarebytes anti exploit and Antimalware deployed in Microsoft Azure Government.  In order to be fedramp and CJIS compliant we have to have our servers hardened and only allow TLS 1.2 .  We are able to initially deploy the clients via the "client push install".  The clients register and show online.  As soon as we harden the required web servers to TLS 1.2 the remote clients lose connection with  the management console.  Is there a way to make Malwarebytes work in a TLS 1.2 environment?  We have a lot of licenses and will be buying more if we can find a solution,  we would prefer to not find another vendor if possible.

@zacko11288, that version will not be able to do it. You'll need console 1.8.0.3443.

Download that version here - https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbes_for_business

Upgrade steps are here - https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/portal/articles/1835539-?b_id=6520

Follow this guide to convert the console use to TLS - https://malwarebytes.box.com/s/cj78akud2pndy568qdfc5hmw5h24zs2m
