Good afternoon, I write because for 4 days the message of your application comes out on my pc in which it tells me that I am not totally protected and that I activate the protection against exploits, I already do and in particular this protection is always "starting" But never activated.
I'm afraid to uninstall the application and reinstall it since I lose my license.
I hope they help me and give me a solution.

Hello @ogarrio

Can you please do the following steps.

1. Run the MB-Check tool. Use the link https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb3_check to download the tool.

2. Once you run the tool this will create the MB-CheckResults.txt file on your desktop.

3. Please attach that file to your reply.

4. We can check what's going on based on that MB-CheckResults log file.
