Thrilled to say I had an uneventful transition to v3.1 Over v2 ... OTHER THAN it seemed Real Time Protection / Web Protection appeared stuck on "Starting" and Anti-Exploit was On/Off UNTIL I Re-Booted. Then all was fine and the Resource Demand (Scanning & Monitoring) on my 8 GB's RAM seems quite Light vs other posts seen prior.

Happy for the MBAM team that things seem to be working out.
