Recovering from damage done by Trojan.Wdfload.Generic

Malwarebytes successfully found and removed some malware on my PC, but it's still not functioning properly - Windows Defender cannot open, and sfc/scannow is finding corrupted files it cannot repair.

I have attached my Malwarebytes log as well as my FRST logs.

 

I have no system restore points, the malware seems to have deleted them.
