Malware with malwarebytes?

First of all, I have to say: I've never installed Avast, I always use Windows Defender (Windows 10).

Now, I can explain the problem:

Yesterday, I detected some problems in Google Chrome, so I decided to install Malwarebytes and scan my computer. As I supposed, it was infected, and I could solve the problem.

However, when I opened the task manager today, I noticed that there is a new process, the one in the picture. I haven't installed anything yesterday but Malwarebytes, and this appeared today. I've searched it on some websites and it seems to be malware, but Malwarebytes ignores it. So, can you tell me what it is?

Can you please point to which process you are suspicious about? From the screenshot I see different processes .

After you uninstall Avast via add/remove you should have used the Avast uninstall Utility. This tool completely removes all traces of Avast.
