However, the new version slowed my computer tremendously and affected my search engine Google Chrome. I tried all of the fixes but Google failed to work properly, the extensions needed to be reloaded and when Google opened it was a black screen and would not function until I turned of Malwarebytes. After a frustrating day I deleted and have now returned to the 2. version. Hopefully, things are improved and I will switch back. Gary Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are two current solutions: Use the 64-bit version of the web browser OR Turn off protections for the affected browser. This can be done by going to Malwarebytes -> Settings -> Protection -> Manage Protected Applications and toggling off the impacted browsers This issue should be fixed in our next release of MB3 Edited April 25, 2017 by dcollins Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
