Hello @Gt-truth

Please read the following topic and then run the Malwarebytes Clean Removal tool mb-clean

The download link for the tool is:  https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean

Restart the computer when done and reinstall Malwarebytes 3 with the latest build again.

You don't need to use Revo uninstaller. Just the tool I linked to.

that because MB-clean-up tool it will missed or unable to removing some of MALWAREBYTES files . and that why I had to use an uninstaller software anyway ....

So is it now working? or you're still having an error?

The new Malwarebytes Clean Tool does not leave files behind anymore. That was an older version.

Please follow the directions from this post and provide all the requested logs.

Thanks

Based on your video I'm not seeing an issue. When you check for updates the protection module will quickly disable while it loads the updated version into memory. Then it reenables itself.

well seems ok then if there was no any problems ! thank you for all helps

Hi there,

Please note we have released a new version. Please do another Clean Removal -- it should offer to install the latest version for you on reboot.

Let me know if that improves things for you. There are some issues with your computer that should be corrected, but I don't believe they should be affecting our program.
