I have a premium license with activation key.  As web protection was no longer starting, I followed the advice on the forum 

and uninstalled and then installed the latest version 3.06.1469-10103.  But it will not activate.  I enter my key (I am sure correctly) but it will not activate.

Hello @maxb and :welcome:

If an MB3 license activation process is unsuccessful, MB3 will display an error code message window.  Using the Windows integral Snipping Tool (or its equivalent), please attach the error code window screenshot to your next reply.

Make sure you copy and paste the license info to the correct boxes (with no leading or trailing spaces).  In MB3 the ID and KEY are inverted.

Let's try and get some logs first so the team can review them and see if they can tell what may be causing your issues....

  1. If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: mb-check-results.zip, FRST.txt, Addition.txt)
