Registry key keeps coming up every time i reboot

so today i ran adwcleaner and it removed some stuff, pretty gucci, but every time i run adwcleaner this registry key keeps coming up even after pressing clean and rebooting

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{F9E4A054-E9B1-4BC3-83A3-76A1AE736170}

what do you think i should do guys? is it malicious? should i manually remove it with malwarebytes regASSASIN i really dont know, anyway thank you for your time guys

im sry im not sure to what you're actually reffering or where to find the clean logfile

Here you go, this is another scan with the updated adwcleaner and that key keeps coming up, ill attach the log below

btw, will it cause any problems if i go in the adwcleaner files, and clear the quarantine and then empty the recycle bin? or they have to stay isolated there?
