malwarebytes worked, but unsure if things okay, keep seeing this website pop up

Recommended Posts

So I use an old desktop for web surfing and yahoo email. No games, tv streaming, or downloading any music. I could not get on the web for about a month then I found this great tool from Malwarebytes b/c the Norton that comes from my Comcast account was not resolving the issue. Ran the scan several times and found "trojan" and quarantined several items. I was back on the internet. But not every day, but occasionally a new tab or new window from Firefox appears and says "critical Firefox update"  with download now green box. and also a pop up file that wants to save a file for "update" by clicking it. I do not and X out of it. I even got Norton to say not safe. But I still get that, the scans now show all clear, but wondering if I can block that site or is the computer still infected? thank you for any suggestions..

I tried to copy the url and a snip of the last one.
