I have recently purchased a new laptop and figured I'd purchase new av software as well,  and the free version always treated me well so I here I am. However now I cannot use netflix, anywhere on the laptop. Not in any of my browsers or the windows 10 app,  which I wouldn't normally use anyway but figured I'd try and see if it would after web based failed. The error I'm getting is that it keeps telling me my password is wrong and I know it isn't because it works on other devices, I've added the web exception for Netflix.com but it doesn't seem to help. 

I know I'm kinda reaching for straws here but this av program (with active protection) is the only thing different about my system. So it's the only conclusion I can draw.
