Custom Protected Applications - Vanished, Cannot add back.

Logged into my computer this morning to find all of my custom applications under "protected applications" had vanished. I tried to add them back, and although the prompt to do so seems to work, they do not show up in the protected applications list.

This will be the 3rd time in less than 30 days that MBAM has simply stopped working. Every other time, I've had to do multiple cleans and reinstalls to recovery functionality. It's getting a little silly.
