Thank you for attaching the logs. Looks like you are using an older build which has the component update 1.0.75.

I would recommend installing the latest build of MB 3.0.6 which is CU 4.1

Please use the latest MB-Clean tool to uninstall the product. The tool can be found at : https://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mb_clean

The tool will automatically back up your license. Restart your system when the tool prompts you and after reboot it will give you the option to install the product again.

That would be the latest version of the Product which has a fix for your issue (MBAE and other real time protection not turning on correctly)
