Just used Malwarebytes, now PC not booting

I've just downloaded Malwarebytes Prime to check my laptop where it found 27 PUPs mostly in registry keys, then successfully removed them all. Then asked for a reboot, now I've got Windows Boot Manager saying "the boot configuration data file is missing some required information", and it won't restart.

This is a Windows 7 laptop that was free updated to Win 10, so I don't have an appropriate installation disc to try "repair your computer".

Help please.
