win32:dropper-gen [drp] Win32:Dropper-gen [DRP]

I need some help.I downloaded a file that was clean to malware bytes but about every hour or so avast comes up with the alert of this Win32:Dropper-gen [DRP] and it trys to put something in the MBAM Service file.I got ready of the files that contained the main host but it still comes up with the alert.So I came to you guys since it is infecting your folder and I need assistance on how to get rid of this virus.I ran a full system scan I have no idea what to do now.
