Dad's Computer Help W/ Logs

My dad's Lenovo laptop is jacked.  Looks like all network and other services have been disable.
I can't get anything to work.  Tried installing the latest MBF by downloading on my laptop and xferring via USB drive, but keep getting unable to connect to service.

I need to see a new set of FRST logs.

Please re-run FRST;

Right-click the FRST64 icon and select Run as administrator to start the tool; Click Yes to accept the UAC security warning;
Make sure the "Addition.txt" box is checkmarked and then click the Scan button;
Attach the two logs (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) in your next reply for my review.
