Hi,

There are 10 threads with the same subject :"Real-Time Protection layers turned off .........." all initiated by new users in almost the same period of time, and you answer to all of them.

How difficult would be to figure out that somebody is fooling around?

I have to agree or people that should NEVER run this program are posting. I commented about this with ver 3, but could have with ver 2.

You are trying to be nice, but maybe you should require more information from user before they can post.

I cannot believe all these posts are REAL troubles.

@lock If you're seeking help please post logs per the Sticky. 

If you've read the Sticky, users seeking help are asked to begin their own thread, and not to glom onto to an existing thread. That's all that is going on. Glommed postings are being broken up for individual support. No need to distract MBAM staff with idle speculations.

No , I do not, I was trying to open your eyes about fake user accounts, to which you do not hesitate to answer.

Hi @lock

Multiple posts over time split out of a large post. Giving people the benefit of the doubt that they're actually looking for help. I have no doubts though that, yes, you're correct. There are certainly bogus accounts and users that come here and post that in some cases don't even have the program. Unfortunately, there is no magic decoder ring to determine who is or is not a real user with a real issue.
