Just bought this - Doesn't work

So I bought malwarebytes and when I go to copy>paste the key I get this neat error that says my license key is invalid. I didn't have any previous versions of malwarebytes installed on my computer and after searching the forums and even using the mb_clean.exe twice I still can't get this to work, I contacted support but got no answer. So anyone have any clue on why something I just bought no more than an hour ago straight up doesn't work?

I think I recall someone from MB saying copy and paste might cause problems. I'd try entering by hand. Also pretty sure its case sensitive.

Can you try opening https://malwarebytes.com in a web browser (use Internet Explorer for best results) and then try to go through the activation process again?
