Exploit Protection turns off every 30 minutes - 1 hour. Is this a bug?

Every 30 minutes - 1 hour my Exploit Protection turns off automatically. I'm not sure why it is doing this and I believe it has something to do with the update(s). If so then I hope this gets fixed soon.

If not then can someone explain how to fix this? Thanks.

I thought I did post it there? Not wanting to cause an argument but I become paranoid over things like this. And I forgot to mention a message from Windows Action Center comes up saying "Check virus protection".

Due to the amount of time that the notification shows up for, it's hard to capture a picture, however, once I get a picture I'l add it into the original post.
