Cant Run MBAM, Highjack This, SDFix or Process Explorer

I have tried a variety of methods to get rid of this thing. Process Explorer will start and run but locks out the ability to view the ProcessTree or the help file. I can open handles and search but have no idea what to look for or if this will allow me to stop whatever security is in place to defeat removal efforts.

When I try to start MBAM, Spybot S&D, Highjack this, or SDFix, I can see them start up in Process Explorer then immediately shut down. I also have automatic website redirects to bestwebsearch.net and an ip of 64.111.196.117. My upload and download rates are up pretty high even when idle and no programs are open.

I tried the technique in http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=17583 renaming mbam.exe to winlogon.exe. No difference as far as I can tell.

Looking in registry I am unable to find any references to antivius 2009 though that is what the popups indicate it is.

Since I cant load Hijack This, I cant send you a log.
