WIndows XP, Malwarebytes 3, double instance fighting...

Hello all,

I am writing here because I have a weird issue with Malwarebytes.

Basically I run the software on a Windows XP computer, the software keeps asking for upgrade, I do the upgrade and then I find two instances (one Malwarebytes 2.2.1.1043 and another 3.0.6) and I can't get rid of the 2.2.

They also keep fighting and asking for updates, sometimes the mbam.exe process sucks all the CPU for a good 30 minutes while scanning...

Is there anyone that can tell me how to get rid of the 2.2 so I will have just one version of the software running?
