Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted May 2, 2017 Root Admin ID:1121463 Share Posted May 2, 2017 Thanks @Francois_Blais I'm sure that @dcollins will pick up the logs and share them with QC to see what they can find. Not saying it will fix it, but we did release a new 3.1x beta if you want to try it out and let us know. Though you might want to wait for Devin to see what he says as he may need something else from your current install before trying the new beta. NEW BETA! Malwarebytes 3.1.0.1716https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/200230-new-beta-malwarebytes-3101716/ Thanks again Ron
Francois_Blais Posted May 2, 2017 Author ID:1121524 Share Posted May 2, 2017 Good morning Ron. I installed the new beta, rebooted and compiled with and without self-protection. (the others were enabled) Congrats! The time was the same, i.e. short! Good work! Best, François

Francois_Blais Posted May 2, 2017 Author ID:1121576 Share Posted May 2, 2017 Thanks to you! Glad Malwarebytes finally have what seems to be a winner! You didn't notice anything worth fixing in my machine, with the logs I provided? Thanks again! François
Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted May 3, 2017 Root Admin ID:1121770 Share Posted May 3, 2017 Didn't really see any glaring issues in the logs. The Event Logs section at the bottom has some normal Windows errors that you may want to review but overall seems good. These are the only real items I noticed. I don't know anything about AVG Zen but here is a link to something about it.
