Malwarebytes will not load/start/update

I believe my computer is infected...BADLY. I can no longer use Avast or Malwarebytes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but when I try to scan Malwarebytes just disappears. Also, my shortcuts for internet explorer are gone, and I am unable to even get to internet explorer. Please help

Iattempted to follow your instructions. I can not get malwarebytes or hijackthis to run

When trying to run hijacktgis I get an error: windows can't access the specified device, path etc
