Malware Byte not able to run a scan.

Hi All,

Purchased MalwareBytes Premium an hour ago and whenever I try to execute a scan somehow it gets automatically cancelled. 

Am pasting the log, any ideas if a virus or malware could be causing this?  Also am unable to turn on web protection and exploit protection. 

If this is not the right forum, can you please tell me who to contact. Am freaking out and wanted to reach out for help.
