and why the get.bat is still marks as malware ?

Hi Gt-truth,

No JRT is not a tool that utilizes Microsoft .NET Framework.

It sounds like get.bat is being flagged by your anti-virus. I'm not sure which one you are using but there most will have an option to 'ignore' or 'allow' get.bat.
