Look in Quarantine, select the program file(s) and click "Restore".

Users of Malwarebytes Premium 3.0 and Malwarebytes Premium Trial 3.0 may specify whether malware will be automatically quarantined when it is detected. The default setting is on. If the users declines to automatically quarantine malware, a notification will display in the lower right corner of the screen for each detection, and the user must specify whether the file is to be ignored once, ignored always (added to Exclusions) or quarantined. If your program is identified, "ignore always" is the proper response.
