Real Time Protection still does not work.

Since January, I have had problems with RTP staying on for more than a day.  I have completed every instructions offered to me including uninstalling, reinstalling and activating five times with no luck.  I have even tried suggestions from the Knowledge Base and that did not work either.  Why can the Techs deal with this problem.  I have been a faithful customer of Malwarebytes for many years and in all that time, I have never had any problems that was not dealt with quickly.  Does anybody have any solution to this problem.  Thanks
