Getting "sync-eu.exe.bid" blocking notification constantly!

This started a few days ago.  I wrote to Malwarebytes support on Thursday I think about it.  I googled it and it seems it came up on this forum in the early part of February.  The solution according to staff members here was to upgrade the database of Malwarebytes and that should solve the problem.  They said it was a "false positive."  Not sure exactly what that means but no one seemed to nervous about it.

My database is up to date but this popup window is happening all the time for me now.  Just a few minutes ago it was constantly coming up.  I mean every ten seconds.

What do I do?  When I run a scan it shows nothing found.
