Hello,

I've been running Malwaybytes 3.0 since December without issue, until about a couple weeks ago when the 'Unable to Connect to Service error showed up.  Since then I cannot open the main dialog at all. The service is running.  I'm running version 3.0.6.1469, which was installed on 1/30/2017.  Windows 10 64-bit.

The files requested in the pinned post are attached.

Two quick things. You're running Component Update 1.0.75, and 1.0.96 is now available. You can download and install the latest version from here: 

Also, you have F-Secure, which has a known compatibility issues with Malwarebytes.  To fix this, go into F-Secure settings to the following page and click the exclusions link at the bottom. Then add C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes\Anti-malware to the exclusions. Then restart and your issue should be resolved

Awesome, that all helped and I'm back up and running! Thank you!

One thing to note on that uninstall/install link you gave me would be that for the uninstall to work you have to stop the Malwarebytes service if it's running. I couldn't get the dashboard up, but the service was there. Once I stopped the service everything was great.
