Scanning Less Objects?

So last night I ran a threat scan, which run once almost every day since its so quick

Normally, takes about 20  minutes to complete if I didn't have Chrome opened. If I did, then it would be between 20 to 30 minutes. It normally scans about 350,000 to 355,000 objects
But LAST NIGHT, the scan only brought up 314,000, little over 40,00 less objects!
The last time it was the usual amount was 2 days ago on the 4th

So on the 4th it was 354,00 and the next day on the 5th it was 314,00
I deleted a folder that had pictures in it but it only had 157 pictures inbetween that time

I also have Bitdefender, which after seeing that change in object scanned amount, I ran a scan and it scanned MORE files then before. Though not surprising since I downloaded a game recently. BUT that was before this happened

Was there an update that changed where to scan? Should I be worried about this? I scanned with Bitdefender and everything was good. Same with Malwarebytes
