Hello !

My computer crashed last March 28, 2017. I decided to buy my new computer with Window 10 Pro. I have my licence key for a year Malwarebytes subscription. I need use it to scan and protect my new desktop I own right now.

How can I transfer my Malwarebytes 3.0 licenced from my crashed computer to my new computer?

I appreciate your advice tell me step to step how I can do that?

If you were unable to uninstall Malwarebytes from your older computer, you'll want to contact the support team and request to have the license revoked from that machine. In the meantime, you should be able to install Malwarebytes on your new machine and utilize the trial so you can stay protected

Hello Dcollins !

I couldn't uninstall and deactivate Malwarebytes in my old computer that crashed so I think I can't use the same license to activate Malwarebyte in my new desktop but I didn't download Malwarebytes yet so It's time for me to contact support team to change my different and new license to activate it in my new desktop. Am I correct?

Can I speak with the support team via chat room for quick solution? Or I email about issues to support team. I did email about it but didn't hear from their reply for a while.

Thanks for the quick reply

I forgot to add something to tell you. I have Norton Internet Security 2017 to scan and protect my new desktop but didn't reinstall Malwarebytes yet. I wasn't sure if I contact team support to keep same license or change license key to activate Malwarebytes in my new desktop.
