Web protection not turning on, and consistent log entry

I have the same issue. I also notice in my logs (at times when I am not using my computer) I get the following log entry repeatedly:

The scan result your showing is identifying that the program in question is trying to reach out to a website that has been identified as a threat. Have you ran a threat scan of your machine to make sure it's clean from infections?
