Post back if you need any help... regards...Yes, I read through that forum, and it brought me to another thread, and when I click on the link provided in the new thread, I get "Error code: 707 (3)" I don't know too much about computers, and when it said drop that version into the previous one? I wasn't sure how to do that, so I skimmed ahead to someones post that said to get the program Revounistaller and remove the program and redo it, but that didn't work either. Restart your computer (very important).3. Download and run this utility. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-clean.exe4. It will ask to restart your computer (please allow it to).5. After the computer restarts, install the latest version from here. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download.phpNote: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray and run a Quick Scan.Want to try the above, I'll be here a bit.... So while I tried to find the place it needs to be dropped into, I go to my computer, and then I'm lost from there. I was wondering if you were able to clear it up for me a bit. I do not know where the place I need to drop it at is.
