Exploit automatically blocked

When I try to open a word file I get a pop up message from Malwarebytes.

 

The information in the pop-up is as follows:

Exploit automatically blocked
Malwarebytes detected and blocked an exploit. It is no longer a threat to your computer.

Affected Application:   Microsoft word

 

I am not able to open any word file. What should I do? Following is the log file for the same

Likewise.   There is another thread here same problem with earlier version of the grammerly exe file.

Solution then was to exclude the folder for updates.  I think you have to reboot to take effect since didn't cure without for me.

Folder for me is C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Grammarly\Updates\  You may have different user name other than user.

Am now rebooting and hopefully will let me into Word 2016

Well, didn't work. Excluded the Grammerly/Updates/ directory, rebooted and Word 2016 still crashes :)
