In my temp files I have a file called ppguid.txt. I delete it but it recreates at reboot. Inside it says D4DC8A4B0B6744788DEF2B74CF0D6A27. THe file it is in is C:\Users\Ronni\AppData\Local\Temp

I dont think this is a malware problem. But maybe you can help me. I have an hpw1907 monitor. device manager is saying i have a generic plugnplay monitor. i called hp. they were no help. they tried to install the hpw1907 driver over the old one. it did not take. it still says i have a generic non pnp monitor. my monitor is pnp and npt generic. how do i install the correct monitor?
