Google Chrome feature not working

Heya,

Okay so there is currently a Google Chrome feature called "Ask first before allowing sites to run Flash" which I'm trying to use at the moment but doesn't seem to want to work. The website will just run the flash content automatically without any prompt whatsoever. I believe a previous and recent version of Chrome that I used had the feature called something like "Allow Click-To-Play Plugins", which worked perfectly for me.

Any help would be fab,
