We all would benefit by the addition of a Support Tab -- an alternative way of automatically gathering logs, etc., that would be useful for Support to examine potential problems.  You could even have an Option to send the report to the Forum or directly to Support.

I support the idea of a "Support" tab.  I use Bitdefender 2017 Total Security, as my anti-virus solution, with MWB Premium 3.0.6 (latest non-beta build).

Bitdefender does have a support tool built right into its application, that I have used from time to time, and which is very convenient.  It generates the logs that BD Tech Support needs, and sends them automatically.

This would be a great enhancement to your program and it should, in my opinion, be fast-tracked.
