Updates does not work.

Мalwarebytes What did you do that no longer works program update until two days ago was working and there were no problems. Now that the update does not work at all it will not be stable as it was before. With premium and it can not be updated now that would be a great loss if it fix this problem because 90% of people have it already this problem and you do not take any measures.

Please read the following topic and then run the Malwarebytes Clean Removal tool mb-clean

The download link for the tool is:  https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb_clean


Restart the computer when done and reinstall Malwarebytes 3 with the latest build again.

Here is the link for the latest installer

If that does not correct the issue then I'll need to get some logs to see what's going on please.

Please read the following and post back the requested logs and I'll take a look and see what's going on.

Also, please post back this log too.

 

Create and obtain an mb-check log:

  1. Download mb-check from here and save to your desktop
  2. Run mb-check and within a few second the command window will open and then close
  3. This will produce one log file on your desktop: mb-checkResult.txt
  4. Attach this log file to your post by clicking on the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." or simply drag the file to the attachment area

That is what will help but it was until I had no problems at all and yesterday it all users have this problem.

There was an issue yesterday with a certificate on an update server and a component issue. Those were resolved already so if your system is still not able to update then a clean removal and reinstall should correct it. If it's still having an issue then I need to get logs to see what's going on. Can you please read the first part of my post and run the FRST program and post back both of those logs.

It's getting quite late for me so I'll be heading out soon, but will check back on you again tomorrow.

Actually looking at your log here, there is a missing Token. This is normally due to either a DNS issue not being able to reach our licensing server or onboard security software blocking.

Post back the other logs as requested and I'll look at them and see what I can find.
