Browser problems

I have just uninstalled MBam3 and reinstalled the old version because it was preventing me using any of my browsers. It simply became too much hassle and the only way to use a browser was to stop MBam loading.in the first place. I am running a Mac Sierra and Win7 within Parallels. It also wasn't loading real time security until I actually went into the Dashboard and then without further intervention they turned on one after the other. Anyone else suffered browser problem? I see there are many who have had the live protection not working.

I love the programme but this latest iteration doesn't work at all for me. The old version does, thank Goodness.

I have not encountered any topics with users mentioning Parallels... that being said, the steps below would probably fix the issue...

Let's try this first....

  1. Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - Malwarebytes mb-clean tool (after uninstalling you can download the latest version to re-install from HERE)
  2. If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach to your next reply the 4 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 4 logs are: mbam logs zipped, FRST.txt, Addition.txt and mb-checkResult.txt)
