How do I exclude registry value from scan

I have Win XP SP 3 which I understand is compatible to Malewarebytes (free) v.3.0.6 which I have just updated to. Unable to fathom out out to exclude 2 PUM registry values.  Help please.

@Telos@imbart You can, just uncheck the items and click next and choose ignore always.

@imbart FWIW, what is suggested above works on and off with registry entries. I have 2 scan results that absolutely will not obey "Ignore Always".

@ Porthos & @ Telos I have mbam 3.0 how do I get just 1 site, it won't allow to be ok? I've tried that exclude thing & i'm not doing something right. It's just 1 site temp. Then once my buisness is done. I'll remove it again. But I need to know how to get it exempted. Or is that not poss. Do I have 2 unistall & reinstall to check w/ that site. It's a legit site others have had simliar issues. ty Rob1895

You can right click on the MB icon(not recommended) and turn off the web protection do your business and turn it back on.
