  1. Can you launch AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Options. In the "Mode" section, ensure "debug" is selected.
  2. Make sure Seed4Me VPN is also running.
  3. Then, do a scan and a clean. Seed4Me will be killed, it's normal.
  4. Reboot and share the logfile in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner_Debug.log.

By doing this, we'll be able to see what processes are killed by AdwCleaner.
