Latest update not working

Down-loaded the latest Malwarebytes update yesterday and this morning Windows message states it cannot start the program. I have tried to start from the program file shortcut but it still doesn't work (I get the same message). I have the Home version.

I have the same problem.

I downloaded the update 2 days ago and get 'Unable to connect to the service'

Any suggestions?

To get meaningful help in this forum, you each need to start your own thread with details of your operating system, how and when the problem(s) occurred and other relevant details. You should also carry out the steps shown in the post below and provide the logs and files asked for. A Malwarebytes representative or knowledgeable forum member should then be able to help you.

Hello @AndyGee

We have a new version of Malwarebytes 3.0.6 which is the CU4 update.

This build has been working well for a lot of customers and fixes a lot of the potential issues.

Please download and try the new build to check if that helps.

Kindly follow post below to get the new MB 3.0.6 CU4 build.
