Can't remove PUM.DNS, any help?

Hey so I bought this computer off of craigslist a few weeks ago and tried installing a game (league) and it wouldn't connect to the server to install patches or anything. So I started wondering wth was going on. So I dug deeper and searched online and someone advised me to download and run RogueKiller and check for malware. So apparently my computer is loaded with PUMs. RogueKiller keeps coming up with a pum.dns (actually a few) and can't remove them. I've tried following guides on here endlessly but nothing works. Here are fresh reports from FRST and Roguekiller.
