Hello @Davidcm:

Thank you for trying the system restart.  It is apparent though that the ARW module is still disabled. From an Administrator account, please make sure you have MB3's license key recorded/available in a safe location, disable MB3's Self-protections, Deactivate MB3 Premium, perform a conventional Windows-based uninstall of "Malwarebytes version 3.0.6.1469" followed by a system restart.

Log back in through a Administrator account and follow @Firefox's procedure for a clean install at https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/197808-continued-problems-with-3061469/?do=findComment&comment=1109064 and follow the install with at least one system restart.

Please reply to this topic when you have completed the clean install with the system's status.

Thank you.
