Not sure if this is a False Positive..

Recommended Posts

Scanned my computer a few times in a week and this MWB keeps telling me this file exe is a Trojan.Agent

I have attached the file and here is my log from it. Scratch the attachment.. won't let me attach it.

I have also told MWB to delete the file and it said it has done so but the file is still there.

I didn't ask MWB to remove it this time because i was just getting the log file.

Hi and welcome to the forums.

That may or may not be an false\positive. Our software is designed to thouroghly examine the C(root) drive for executable files uing heuristics technique. Malware loves to hide there. Executable files should not be stored at the root for any purposes.

Our suggestion is to to either move the file to a differnt location, perhaps into another folder with other instaler files or add it to ignore.
