auto updated to 1.0.75

@ devin Collins

I was auto updated to 1.0.75 sometime yesterday.  Not sure when, but before I put my Win 7 PC into sleep mode for the night.  When I woke the computer this AM, Web Protection was Off.  Came on after a computer restart. Was this because of the version update which required a restart?  Prior to this, Web Protection turned Off sporadically at best.  Always turned On after a restart.  Phone Man mentioned his Real Time Protection>Startup Options settings.  Some On, some Off.  What are the official 1.0.75 Startup Options settings?  Pre 1.0.75, we were told to try some Off, others On to fix the Web Protection problem.

Thank you.

The version update shouldn't require a restart, but I have seen the symptoms you're describing.

As for what settings you should have, those recommended startup settings were based on 3.0.6 without CU3. The CU3 fix should ideally resolve those issues, so you should be able to leave them at defaults, which I've included a screenshot of below.

@ Devin Collins

Thank you, Devin.  The only setting I had to change was to toggle Delay Real Time Protection to Off.  Since 1.0.75 "fixed" the Web Protection Off issue, hopefully this change in Settings will complete the fix for me.  I've always had very fast and complete responses from the MB team. This was no exception....thank you.
